Easy Tips To Promote New Games

A website will also allow you to use old-school marketing techniques of site promotion like android app promotion  banners and link exchanges. From my experience, these are the most effective channels for creating a steady download stream. The site should be simple and effective and act as a well designed, unique landing page. A one-page site with a large download button is enough.

The launch of an app is an event designed to get maximum exposure and start momentum. There is a critical mass of exposure you need to reach, so it’s better to synchronize everything together: PR, banners, and blog posts should all appear at once.

Simultaneous exposure in various outlets has amplifying effects. The first time you see an article about the app, it’s nice. The second time is meaningful. The third time can make it a hit. If you make it into major outlets, your chances of getting the attention of app market content developers will greatly improve.

Try what I call the “the viral reality check” or “bar test”: show your bar buddies your new app. Do they want to have it right away? Do they spend more than 30 seconds playing around with it on their phones? An app with android installs, ratings and reviews a unique design or feature has a significantly better chance of making it. Identify your app’s distinctive quality and make it part of the core experience.

When launching your app, offer it for free. There is no point in creating another barrier to download. Price your app but present the free download as a launch promotion. The app promotion is news by itself, and there are blogs that cover android promotion where the news can be shared.

Boost Game/App Downloads

If you’re reading this post, it probably means that you are about to launch a new mobile app — maybe your first one? It could also mean that you have an awesome app idea and you’re wondering how much work you will need to put in, in order to succeed. Maybe you’re just curious … No matter your reason, continue reading to discover a few effective android app promotion strategies that will help increase app downloads. With the tremendous amount of competition on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store (over two million apps and counting), convincing users to download a new app is extremely challenging. Even more so if the budget is tight. Hopefully, there are some ways free (or very cheap) that can help you out!

First and foremost, we could not start this list without mentioning App Store Optimization (ASO) and its benefits. ASO is the process of improving a mobile app’s visibility in the store by optimizing each metadata element (app title, description, keywords, screenshots, etc.) according to the store and trends’ best practices. The point is to make the app more visible in the charts and to increase its discoverability. By doing so, app users are more likely to find the app in the store, and consequently, the number of android reviews will increase naturally. Although ASO is becoming more and more popular, it remains unused by many app developers and marketers.

It is time, more than ever, to take advantage of this extremely cost-effective technique to increase app downloads. Similar to SEO, there are many online ASO tutorials that teach the best practices for beginners. You can download here the ultimate ASO Cheat. It is also possible to use some free resources to get keywords inspiration, like the Google Keyword Planner or Apple Search Ads Recommended and Related Keywords. Of course, you can also use some ASO tools like AppTweak, providing insights for free and a seven-day free trial, enabling you to use all available features for free, including the Keyword Tool during an entire week. This could be a great start for you!

You want more android installs, ratings and reviews? Start by increasing your brand awareness. Push your app everywhere you can on the web. First, create a unique website or a landing page for your app. Don’t worry; there’s no need to master web development. You can use free software like WordPress, which makes it very easy to create your own website. Ideally, you’d only have to pay for a brandable domain name and a hosting space (about $10). Building a website or a landing page will help you spread useful content about your app. Having a central point where visitors can learn more about your app is essential. Make sure that your design is creative and personal; you want it to vehicle your app’s identity. Use your app’s color palette and specific fonts. Basically, make sure to follow your visual identity. If you don’t have any, it’s time to define one.

Try using your website and/or landing page’s URL wherever you can, in all your communications. Some examples are emails, signatures, and more. Along with your website, you can also create a specific blog, which would be part of your website/landing page. The point is to offer some news about your app, like new available features, a new design, etc. You can also create some valuable and shareable content that circles around your app’s universe. For example, if you have a travel app, you can provide interesting content on places to see over the world or a practical guide to being the perfect backpacker. Kayak’s blog does a great job by providing tips and trends about various destinations. The point is to feed your community with relevant content that eventually will be shared across the web via social media.

What Are The Best Ways To Promote An Game

Here is what I did to acquire 1 million downloads for my first app(or business you may say) within 8 months with android app promotion .One fine day,I thought of investing my time into apps. After learning on how money is made via apps,I reallized a general purpose app with more user engagement will earn me more money than a niche app.

Yes games can earn you a shit load of money but the average life span of a game is very small. And there are so many games out there that getting attention of the users is very tough.
And I don't believe in getting lucky,I think none of us do. I think It's better to buy a lottery ticket than to hope that your first game will become a hit. Do you know the flappy bird game was his 42nd game?He had been into developing games for 8 yrs.Imagine that !!

So after thinking for some time,I thought my first app would be a music player or an audio player.
When you search for a music player/ audio player on the play store, more than 300 results appear.
I am pretty sure there are more than 1000 music player/ audio player on the play store.
Scroll down to 50th music player / audio player ,even it would show 1 million downloads.
You know what it signifies? It signifies that people try out the music player / audio player a lot. A good sign !!

During the days I was developing the app,I used to read blogs while in bed, before going to sleep.
The blogs were Business, entrepreneurship apps etc. And I developed a habbit of NEVER EVER giving up on something ,if I BELIEVED it worked !!
Believe me when I say it,I DON'T GIVE UP !!

It was my first app with android ratings and since I was just a 20yrd old student(I still am a 21 yr student) ,I didn't had any money to advertise. However I managed some money for other things like screenshots ,video, website icon etc etc from

1. The selling point for my app was the UI/UX. And for me the presentation was everything. I knew I was short on budget, and I wanted to convert every click into a download with android promotion (i mean there is a high probability that if a person clicks on the link,he may not download it because of poor screenshots)
So good, professional looking screenshots were important so for that I needed a photoshop professional.

Now I asked around the rates for an icon. It came out to be 20$
There are a limited number of repitions a person would make for 20$
I thought the best way to get as many ideas for the icon would be by holding a contest for 40$(double of the normal rates)

Now the price I set was 40$ and not the normal rate(20$),the reason is,it seems like an opportunity for people that they can earn more than they usually do.
So they put in the extra effort.I got about 60-80 ideas for the music player/ audio player ,I didn't like any of them.I awarded the contest to the freelancer on a condition that he will be making more repitions for me.

I got fake facebook likes(40,000 likes for 40$ people are real but they don't come to know when they liked the page, there are scripts for fake facebook likes) as I thought it can be used as an audience, but turns out it was a waste,as facebook has changed it algorithms, and a post's visibility only increases if it gets enough momentum(i.e comments and likes). And it is quite obvious that no one would be interested in a post from a page which they never liked themselves.
The post never reached 40,000 people which was my intended target.

I wrote the description, optimized for ASO.There are websites for SEO (or ASO ,app store optimization)like sensor tower which can be used for figuring out which keyword to use.
Here are the general rules of ASO
# A keyword should be 5 times in the description.
# Put the keyword in the name
# Put the keyword in the package name.

I Added 1000+ friends on facebook from my college before the launch
I launched the app.
I gave credit to those people on how they were so supportive and accepted our random friend requests and then sneaked in the download link with very pretty images.People like to take credits for no reason ,just like they want to feel good and superior and want to be a part of something, without any reason,I just exploited it.
The early downloads and reviews were quite important
They reviewed and downloaded.About 200-300 of them.
Just after I launched it,I changed my schedule and started sleeping 9 hrs in 2 days .i.e 4.5 hrs a day, with 3 hrs of sleeping shifts.
i searched for lists of websites which review android apps.Sent them a copy pasted message and often making intentional mistakes while typing the subject like "Android 'ApP' Review",to get their attention as you are not the only one sending them emails. we tried to make it look as professional as we could. But tried to keep the message friendly.I posted them 100 each day.

Advertise Your Mobile App with App Campaigns

As an Android developer you know by now that when you finish working on your app and get it published on Google Play the other half of work just starts, the work you like less: marketing. However this is an important part that influences the popularity of your app. If you rely solely on submitting apps to Google Play alone, you’re doing a mistake. You should submit your app to as many Android review sites as possible. Think about how much android app promotion do you get by default from Google Play when you publish an app and you’ll see that they don’t do much. With close to a million apps now published in the playstore it would be difficult for them to promote new ones. Right now here’s how android ratings on Google Play:

They show the lucky 5 most popular apps on the homepage and if as an user you have the curiosity to check the popular ones per category or ‘All Top Paid Apps’ you’ll get 20 pages with 24 apps on them so a total of 480*3 apps that get promoted this way. Then there’s also the Top New Paid and Top New Free lists that will show the same amount of apps but added recently (most likely if your app gets some steam this is where it could be shown). All in all with the top charts there are 5 lists of 480 apps so 2400 listings.

Now, there aren’t many popular Android review sites, but for sure all of the most popular ones are included in the list I gathered below. As of right now there are 168 Android sites in this list, and since it is work-in-progress if you know of a new website or have anything to add regarding the sites already present please leave a comment and help us improve it

Then there’s the list of apps their own staff decides to promote, but in total there are around 100 apps promoted this way.

Here they show 240 apps and games that are rising in popularity, much like the Top new free/paid but even less popular then those. As a logged in user you get to receive some app recommendations as well, but those are just 24 apps.

For each listing in the playstore Google will show the user additional related games and apps. Like it wasn’t difficult enough to promote your app, now they show your visitors your most popular competitors as well. Luckily there aren’t many listings shown this way, but chances are your app is listed this way somewhere too. Considering that the prominent listings mentioned above account for a total of 2764 apps and given that there are usually 8 recommendations, we’ll place the possible related apps/games listings that could get visibility to 22112.

So that’s it, they basically promote 25,000 apps in total, with 20% of those apps receiving the most exposure because no one will scroll to the 20th page of the Top apps. Sure, there’s the search option as well but having your app shown in the first few listings is closely related on how well you’ve optimized your playstore listing. In the recent keynote they’ve disclosed that there are 6 million unique searches per month, so about 200,000 searches daily.
Out of those, let’s assume that 20% of the searches are popular enough to see some traffic your way if you’re optimized. That means about 40,000 apps/games will be installed daily and receive visibility this way. Summing it all up they promote 65,000 apps (roughly) out of 1 million. That’s a little over 6% and again this is a very optimistic approximation given that I didn’t exclude duplicates. But anyway, would you rely solely on the act of god that will push your app in those lucky 6%?
You shouldn’t. You have to do anything in your power to promote your Android app and market it to your best knowledge. One of the recommendations is to submit your app to as many review sites as you can. All of them if possible. This way you can do something to increase the popularity of your app.

This shows your users that you’re constantly working to improve their experience. In your release notes, you can also ask your users to review your app.
  • Use automated messages to boost installs of your app’s latest versions: Automatically send a prompt only to devices that have submitted a bug report and are running older versions of your app with a link to update to the latest build.
  • Capture feature requests and evaluate existing features: The more in tune you are to your users’ needs, the more they’ll love your app when you release an update with a feature that many of them have been asking for.

Buy Real App Downloads From App Promotion

If you’re reading this post, it probably means that you are about to launch a new mobile app — maybe your first one? It could also mean that you have an awesome app idea and you’re wondering how much work you will need to put in, in order to succeed. Maybe you’re just curious No matter your reason, continue reading to discover a few effective mobile app promotion strategies that will help increase app downloads by android promotion.

With the tremendous amount of competition on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store (over two million apps and counting), convincing users to download a new app is extremely challenging. Even more so if the budget is tight. Hopefully, there are some ways free (or very cheap) that can help you out!

Last but not least, it is essential to try getting other people to mention or talk about your android ratings. This will reinforce your brand awareness and reputation, which will inevitably bring you more downloads.

Going to the media is a great technique to drive attention. The first thing you should do is to build a complete press kit including some visual and written materials (download URL, app icon, screenshots, boilerplate, PDF presentation, etc.). Make your assets as attractive and engaging as possible.

The next step will be to send a great press release to all tech journalists and influencers that you can find. Try reaching out by email and don’t forget about your subject line: make it unique! The point is to convince them talking about android app promotion. If your app is not live yet, give them access to your beta version. Describe and explain why your app is one of a kind and why they should cover it over an article. Make sure to show off your best features and functionalities.

Best Ways Of Improving Your Market Positions

Actually, one of the best ways of improving your market positions and getting additional attention from target audiences is buying app installs.

it is important to know what the difference between various providers is. I bump into this promlem at first time, when I have been choosing reliable company. For example, some companies work only with particular companies, others – use a single payment system. By the way, I recommend you to select a company, which has a Pay Pal payment option. Their system is secure and you can always demand your money back if the installs provider failed to meet its promises.
  • You should also make sure that the company you choose provides installs from multiple devices with different IPs. It is crucial if you want to have a long-term and predictable growth of installs.
  • Another thing you should consider is geo-targeting. This useful feature allows you to get installs only from a particular region. First of all, it will greatly improve the quality of reviews in the future and will also look more real than if you get installs from a completely different country.
  • When working on improving rating, reviews or installs of your app don’t forget to pay proper attention to android promotion. Unfortunately, if you have a poor description, lots of bugs in the app and a weak logo you will hardly make users remain with you, deleting the application right after it was installed. Make sure you learn everything about keywords, title, screenshots and logo before launching the app or buying app installs.
I regularly use android app promotion services and always recommend it to my friends and colleagues. They have been working on the market for years. Thanks to their services I managed to increase traffic and attract thousands of users in a single week.

Mobile apps have made it quick and effortless to navigate any information a user is seeking. However, it is not an easy task to let your app be discovered by the users. Below are few tips that can make your Android App competitive enough to increase installs:
  • Get a creative App icon- It is your App’s first and last impression
  • App Store Optimization- ASO will display your app on the top, in relevant search results.
  • android installs, ratings and reviews - Apps with higher ratings are shown on the top of the list.
  • Use captivating Photos- People always get attracted to enticing photos.
